Add field agents

Agents work in the field and use the mobile app. Create an account for each agent, share the login, and they are ready to go.

Create the agent

1. Open Team in the sidebar, then choose the Agents tab.
2. Click Create.
3. Enter the agent's details, including their email address and a password.
4. If branch mode is on, choose their branch.
5. Save the agent.

No roles for agents. Agents do not get roles. You do not need to create a role for them.

Help the agent sign in

1. Share the email and password with the agent, privately.
2. Ask them to install or open the RealtoCRM mobile app.
3. They sign in with that email and password.
4. Check that they can see their assigned leads and the other features they need.

Choose the password carefully. RealtoCRM does not ask the agent to change their password the first time they sign in. Use a strong, unique password for each agent and never share it in a group chat.
