- Calendar. Site visits, meetings and deadlines on a shared calendar, in admin and in the agent app.
- Smart reminders. Scheduled reminders and push notifications for what is due.
How it works
- A task is created by you, a rule or the AI.
- It appears in the assignee's list and calendar.
- A reminder fires when it is due.
- Complete it and the record is updated.
