Stories

For owners and office managers

Friday. Five spreadsheets, three WhatsApp groups — and the one number you need is in none of them.

This is the story of an office that finally brings its leads and listings together — without a month of copy-pasting, and without losing anything on the way.

The way it usually goes

The story

Monday, 10 am — Drop in the spreadsheet you already have.

No reformatting. No special template. Upload an Excel or CSV file of leads or properties — as messy as it is. Realto reads the headers and gets to work.

10:02 am — AI matches your columns to the right fields.

It does the tedious part. “Full Name” becomes the lead's name, “Budget (max)” the maximum budget, “Looking for” the lead type. You see each match with its confidence and can change anything before you import.

10:05 am — Messy values become clean data.

Nobody has to fix 1,800 rows by hand. “Appt” becomes Apartment. “850k” and “1.2m” become real amounts. Anything Realto can't read is flagged as a row warning for you to review, so problems surface instead of hiding. Your mapping is saved as a template for next time.

10:10 am — Every lead, in one pipeline.

One source of truth, finally. The imported leads appear in your pipeline with their type, source, status and budget — ready to be assigned to agents, matched to properties and followed up.

Later that week — And everyone you serve is remembered.

History that doesn't live in one person's head. As leads become visits, offers and deals, each client's profile collects the history — requirements, notes, documents and linked records — so the next conversation starts with context.

Questions you might have

What file types can I import?

Excel and CSV files, for both leads and properties. There is also a sample file you can download to see the expected layout.

Do I have to rename my columns first?

No. Realto proposes a mapping from your own headers to its fields. You can review and edit it before anything is imported.

What happens to rows it can't understand?

They are flagged with row warnings so you can review them, rather than being imported wrongly or disappearing silently.
