For owners and sales managers

Monday, 9 am. Two hundred open leads. Which one first?

This is the story of Maya, who runs Northwind Realty — and the Monday she stopped dreading. An assistant that watches everything, shows its reasons, and leaves every decision to her.

The way it usually goes

The story

9:00 am — Realto AI has already been watching.

She doesn't start from a blank page. Over the weekend, Realto AI checked every lead, visit, negotiation and rental against Northwind's own follow-up windows — a lead gone stale, a visit with no follow-up, a stalled negotiation, a lease about to end.

9:02 am — A short list, in order of what matters.

Four things. Not two hundred. Each suggestion arrives with the reason it was raised — “Visited 1 day ago · No follow-up recorded since” — so Maya sees facts, not a black box.

9:04 am — And a message ready to review.

She's one edit away from sending. For each item, Realto drafts what to say or what to ask. Maya reads it, changes a word, and decides. Nothing is ever sent without her.

9:06 am — Done in a click — and the list keeps itself tidy.

No stale to-dos. When Maya accepts, the suggestion clears. When someone logs a follow-up, makes an offer or closes a deal, related suggestions clear on their own within moments.

7:30 am, same day — Her agents get their own short list.

Everyone starts the day knowing. In the Realto app, each agent sees their own Morning focus and AI Inbox — their leads, their visits, their offers. One tap opens the record or the draft.

Questions you might have

Does Realto AI message my customers by itself?

No. Inside the CRM it raises suggestions and drafts text; your team reviews and acts, and nothing is sent automatically. (The WhatsApp AI desk is separate: it replies on its own only when you switch it on, and goes quiet when a person steps in.)

How does it decide what's urgent?

From facts: your own follow-up windows and the state of your records. The AI only chooses among allowed actions and writes the draft — it doesn't invent numbers or actions.

Do we have to switch it on?

Parts of it are opt-in per workspace — visit, negotiation and rental to-dos, alerts and AI drafting — so you decide what's active.
